Hey ya'll! I'm your passionate and understanding therapist and owner of OTH, and I'm all about creating a safe and welcoming space for you. When I'm not guiding folks through life's twists and turns, you can catch me navigating my own such as an adult diagnosis of ADHD, fertility challenges, and enjoying the amazing voyage of marriage with my incredible husband. We've been through a lot together, including the journey of infertility, #Iam1in4, resulting in being parents to three angel babies (August, Gideon, and Luna) and our amazing daughter, my "bean pie"-Maya.

Oh, and let's not forget about our adorable fur baby, Luffy, who keeps life full of wagging tails (though he has no tail to wag) and unconditional love! When I'm not busy being a therapist, you might find me shaking "that thang" in a Zumba class, traveling the world, diving into the captivating world of anime (One Piece is Super!), or whipping up some delicious dishes in the kitchen.
