About the event
Experiencing pregnancy loss can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply emotional. At Holding Space, we’ve created a compassionate and supportive environment where you can process your grief, share your story, and connect with others who truly understand.
This 6-week in-person group is designed to help individuals and couples navigate the unique challenges of pregnancy loss, offering tools for healing and growth while fostering a sense of community. Led by a Deliesha Durden, a licensed therapist with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), this group will hold space for your journey and honor your emotions.
